Our heavy ferrous scrap brand for exporting IWAMOTO BRAND

The evaluation of our heavy ferrous scrap metal, as Japanese standard scrap H2, from 30 percent to 50 percent of H1 is included by NKKK inspection. We get higher evaluation that our products are finner quality than current H2 scrap products exported from Japan.

Environment ISO 14001 and Quality ISO 9001 accreditation

Our products are evaluated as high quality, top grade in Japan's domestic sale. Our all plants have ISO 14001 accreditation in environment and ISO 9001 accreditation in quality, we have been improving quality of our products and service.

Manufacturing volume

60,000 tonnes per month, monthly output at our plants is one of the top in Japan's market share.

Shuredded scrap	7,000 tonnes
New steel fragment	5,000 tonnes

Major Foundries such as JFE steel, Nippon Steel Corporation, Sumitomo Metals, Kobe Steel Group give us exellent evaluation in quality and  quantity in Japan.

Mobility

We have 170 vehicles including 70 trailers. Plenty of vehicles and allocating service system make reliable mobility from manufacturing to shipping.

Export achievements

We have performed export traindg earlier in West Japan. Recent result is 30,000mt ferrous scrap metal on dec. 2008 for Asian area and surrounding countries.

Current year plan

From 5,000 up to 30,000 per month of ferrous scrap metals for export trading.
